    Mailed from USA to Hong Kong and then forwarded to Malaysia in 1984.  The card itself is not unusual except for (A) the full Delaware postmark on the front, and (B) the addition of another Hong Kong stamp, and therefore a Hong Kong postmark, to get the card safely to Malaysia.  How International.  Grade: 4
