Issued in December 1998 (Thai: 2541), this set of four unused cards has some postmark ink transfer on each reverse.  This happened during initial processing and we don’t consider it to be a defect.  Bilingual Thai and English captions.  There’s nothing wrong with our scan:  this is the way the cards look.  What were they thinking?  Grade: 1
