Every Lunar (Chinese) New Year the PRC Government conducts a lottery.  Residents can buy these greeting cards, individually numbered with pre-printed postage, and keep them or mail them to friends and family.  The cards give details how to check online for winnings.  We have a supply of these unused cards for 2012 Lunar New Year of the Dragon.  To repeat, no, it is not us running the lottery, it’s the Chinese Government.  This photo is the front of the card numbered 276496.  See entry 38000054A for the front.  For all other cards, we’re only showing the fronts.  By the way, this same formula pertains to 2013 and subsequent years too.  Grade: 1
