Every Lunar (Chinese) New Year the PRC Government conducts a lottery.  Residents can buy these greeting cards, individually numbered with pre-printed postage, and keep them or mail them to friends and family.  The cards give details how to check online for winnings.  We have a supply of these unused cards for 2012 Lunar New Year of the Dragon.  This photo is the front of the card numbered 276496.  See entry 20307267B for the reverse.   Grade: 1
