Other than being four plastic cards, we don’t know what these are, but they are not postcards. We offer them in case you want a collectible from the 1997 Handover. There’s an outer paper envelope (not shown here) with Chinese handwriting on the front. This envelope contains a paper folio (shown here, opened); inside (see 20308728B) are four plastic cards that look like credit cards or bank ATM cards,that seem to have been useful for discounts somewhere–at the time–but we’re not sure about that.
