Hoa-Qui 3649 card from 1968 doesn’t specify Kenya but it was bought there and publisher (Taws) is there. Still, the primary caption is in French … so who knows. It’s Africa for sure. Minor edge abrasions on front, and aging reverse. Grade: 3
