Caption lets us know this is the “Oldest Operating Post Office West of Missisipi (sic)” and that makes it special.  Mailed in 2012 with $1.05 stamp and readable Sacramento postmark.  Postal abrasions and a bit of postmark ink transfer on the front.  Grade: 3
