A very special card.  In 1939, Angus posted this from Soerabaja (now Surabaya) to Hong Kong after his “most interesting trip round the famous island of Bali.”  The card has a Netherlands Indies stamp and full postmark and is attributed on the reverse to Sagami, the photographer in Den Passer (now Denpasar).  Worthy of any serious collector of Indonesian postcards of the era.  Grade: 1
