The cost of this card is not so much driven by the photo, which is nice enough, but by the extraordinary stamp of a barge commemorating the King’s Golden Jubilee. The card was mailed in 1997, and has that stamp (which is more than 4-3/4″ long), a full postmark, and the retailer’s original card price on the reverse (Grade: 2, $8).  Another mailed card is also available, from 1993, with three less elaborate stamps (Grade: 2, $6).  (We must verify availability)
