We have two versions of this Newart (Maekmai) card BK.20.  One is unused (Grade: 1, $2).  The other was mailed in 2025 with three massive stamps, all different, and one smaller one (Grade: 1, $9).  One of those 20B stamps is enormous, glittery, and has its own QR code.
