As with many of our other cards, this one is dated 1983, was not postally used, and has a 1984 New Year’s greeting on the reverse.  With some effort, you can translate the (Albanian) message, and given the circumstances of the era, these messages — banal as they might seem — can be interesting.  Grade: 4
