Tripadvisor reviews can be such fun.  Consider this note about the bridge:  “The bridge was built in 1486 to carry horses carrying goods across the river. It was widened in the C19th to carry stagecoaches after the building of the A5, the main road to Holyhead and the ferry to Ireland. It still carries traffic.  The bridge is at the south end of the village and a popular attraction, with the series of small waterfalls on the river below. It is the start of walks .
