This is an unused, Tichnor linen card 65008.  Calling it “The Residence of Mary Pickford” is like calling Windsor Palace “a big house”.  Nicknamed Pickfair, after Mary and her husband Douglas Fairbanks, it was one of the most famous homes in the United States until eventually bought and demolished by one Pia Zadora.  Very slight staining on the reverse.  Grade: 2
