There’s no caption or identification.  Someone was on a train in Newton, Kansas, and wanted to send this card to someone in Wichita during the short transit stop.  So they did.  The stamp is long gone; the remainder of the special postmark refers to “Trans Office PTS New…” (in 1962), and there’s another rubber stamp that says “Train Postoffice”.  That’s all we know!  Grade: 5
