Lat is and always will be Malaysia’s most famous (and perceptive) cartoonist.  These cards were issued by the New Straits Times, among others, and meant to be cut from a sheet, so all in the series will have irregular edges.  Two of these are available, each mailed in 1991.  One has a commemorative Wasp stamp but no legible postmark (Grade: 2, $1.50).  The other has a Pahang stamp with Kuala Lumpur postmark (Grade: 2, $2).
