Lat is and always will be Malaysia’s most famous (and perceptive) cartoonist.  These cards were issued by the New Straits Times, among others, and meant to be cut from a sheet, so all in the series will have irregular edges.  Two of these are available. One was mailed in 1990 with stamp and mostly readable postmark (Grade: 2, $2).  The other is from 1991 with Pahang stamp and full Cukai postmark (Grade: 1, $3).
