This unused card, similar to PR China entry 20307995, turns out to be a lunar new year greeting, as it is snake-themed.  The pandas are holding a banner that says “may you be happy and prosperous”, and we wish that for you, too.  Unused, irregular-shape card with credit to China Post.  Grade: 1
