Much more about Chiikawa in our “Manga” theme category, but as a refresher:  Chiikawa (ちいかわ), also known as Nanka Chiisakute Kawaii Yatsu (なんか小さくてかわいいやつ, ‘Something Small and Cute’), is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Nagano. The main contents of the work are the daily lives and interactions of a series of cute animal or animal-inspired characters.  On this unused 3-5/8″ x 7-3/8″ card, the bottom portion is a perforated stub and the Chinese-language text prophetically says:  sometimes the sun is bright, sometimes it is dark, that’s life.  Grade: 1
