You’re going to need to read Chinese to sort this out, but we’ll give you a nudge:  it’s an entertainment venue.  The card, mailed in 2017 to local residents, is fully printed on both sides and has Hongkong Post’s pre-printed Circular Service postage in Chinese.  Grade: 1
