Wikipedia tells us this:  “Chocontá is a municipality and town of Colombia in the department of Cundinamarca. It is located on the Pan-American Highway.  In 1938 Choconta had a population of 2,041.”  We tell YOU this because it cries out for a population figure later than 1938.  The card was mailed in 1972, with stamp and indistinct postmark.  Grade: 2-
