Technically these two cards could be listed under “Malaysia” because they were issued in 1990 in conjunction with a World of Islamic Civilization Expo in Kuala Lumpur. They were also mailed in Malaysia, in 1990 and 1991, each with one Malaysian stamp. They have a perforated left edge because they were issued with a detachable stub. Grades: 3
