Known in English as The Peace Palace, an international law administrative building in The Hague.  It houses the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague Academy of International Law and the Peace Palace Library.  This unused old real-photo postcard is slightly aged on the front, but the reverse has four significant areas where it had been (likely) pasted into an album.  Grade: 4
