For this we went to Wikipedia.  Huis Doorn “is a small manor house … in the province of Utrecht … German Emperor Wilhelm II lived in exile in the house from 1920 until his death in 1941.  The historic house is now a national museum.”  Not postally used, but with a long notation on the reverse.  Grade: 4
