Official card issued by Post PNG.  The caption describes Rabaul’s volcanic destruction but misses the chance to explain anything about the Festival.  Tubuans and Duk Duk are something we may never fully understand.  We have an unused postcard (Grade: 1, $8), and one other with large stamp and clear Kokopo postmark but no handwriting, so it’s ready to go (Grade: 1, $16).
