We’re not certain what’s happening here but the Large Letter West Virginia postcard was written for mailing, in 1951, with what looks like a kind of partial postmark in the postage area–but no sign any stamp was ever there.  This is Curteich-Chicago card 7A-H3535 whose overall condition is OK but we must still assign Grade: 4
