This is primarily an advertising card, more or less fully pre-printed on the reverse so it would be difficult but not impossible to mail as a postcard.  The outline of the top half of this foot has been (intentionally) cut, so that part of the card can pop out but not detach.  Two of these (unused) cards are available.  Grades: 1
