The point of this card is to display fish ladders allowing salmon to swim upriver to spawn.  So we definitely don’t include this in our “Fishing” category!  The postmark is only partly clear but we think this card was mailed in the 1970s; stamp and blue air mail sticker are there.  Grade: 1
