One really needs help to deal with Finnish-language captions, but it’s a tramway.  (FYI, the caption reads:  HKL 150 (Duwag/BBC) 1967/1970 Senaatintori) and the picture itself seems to have been taken in 2005.  This card was mailed in 2012, with Priority label and one stamp, partial postmark, and name label affixed.  Grade: 3
