This is a set of four unused cards issued by Hongkong Post in 2018, each with pre-printed colour postage and a special philatelic postmark.  It is Hong Kong’s Prepaid Picture Card Series No. 58.  Our scan shows three of the four cards; the fourth is a time-lapse view of Central District.  In the original wrap.  Grades: 1
