It almost looks like they were running out of ideas for visuals, but nevertheless, here’s a set of four unused cards from October 1999 (Thai 2542), each with minor postmark ink transfer on the reverse from having been stacked while wet.  We don’t consider this to be a defect.  Captions in Thai and English.   Grade: 1
