Probably late in 1917, an American company called J.L. Brown sent this (unused, unmailed) card to its customers with a message fully taking up that area, inviting the customer to come in for the full year’s 1918 calendar as a gift.  We’ve no idea what kind of company it was, or even where; but if we did, we would be tempted to try — even now.  Grade: 1
