This card was dated 1909, by Underwood & Underwood.  Full and clear disclosure:  it has never seen Uganda.  It was produced in the USA for an American consumer, and is not postally used.  A message occupies the entire reverse.  We admit to having to look up this group online to learn where they live.  Grade: 4
