We do not know the reason why this card, which is clearly a postcard, has such irregular edges or that circular notch at the top.  The whole thing measures about 5″ x 7″ and our best guess is that it was cut from a postcard book.  In any event it was mailed in 2013 with three stamps, and postmark, and the location was the site of 1936 and 1972 Olympics.  Grade: 4
