Wikipedia tells us:  “The Republic of Children was built by Eva Perón Foundation on 52 hectares (130 acres) of land that was formerly a part of Swift Golf Club. On November 26, 1951, the park was officially opened by the then President Juan Domingo Perón.  … According to the official website of the Republic of Children, in 1950 Walt Disney visited the park and, surprised by the beauty, was inspired to build Disneyland.”  The things we learn by doing this.  Unused, aged, 4-1/8″ x 7-1/4″ card whose Spanish caption explains the different sites.  Grade: 3
