This 5-3/4″ x 7-1/4″ item is not strictly a postcard, though could be used as one.  Macau Post prints these for each new stamp issue during the year.  The reverse has full technical information of the “label” stamps it’s promoting,  in Chinese, Portuguese, and English.  Unused.  Grade: 1
