What to do with a card like this?  It’s #33349 from Central News & Novelty Co. of Phoenix, Arizona, mailed in Phoenix in 1932 with U.S. stamp and full postmark, so it is clearly meant to represent Mexican women in Arizona?  We think so, but we will list it in the “Mexico” category anyway.  All that aside, it’s in good condition.  Grade: 2
