A nice, domestic card whose centre section is raised as a sort of laminated addition.  Mailed in 2012 with three stamps and two full postmarks, the English portion of the bilingual caption says:  “Minsk.  The area at a town hall with a kind on the Cathedral of St. Mary.”  Grade: 1
