Rarely do we see as much misinformation about versions of this book as there are about this one, online.  They can’t all be first editions regardless of year, and the new ones pictured weren’t all published in 1885.  So here’s what we have here:  the moth-eaten item as you see, published by Longmans, Green & Co.
