Thanks to Ognjen, we finally have this one card to open a new country category.  Two nice big stamps (one being a bit bleak, to understate reality) and full postmark, the reverse caption says “J.U. ‘Stari Grad – Anderva’ Niksic” but that may be the name of the publisher, we’re not sure.  Grade: 1
