Just in case you don’t speak Portuguese (as we don’t), Chafariz = Fountain.  This unused and official Maximum Card was issued in 1979 with two stamps and two different postmarks barely reaching those.  The only printing on the reverse is a serial number:  0008109.  Grade: 1
