We have no idea what to say about this.  It is the correct size for a postcard, but blank on the reverse, and the glossy paper would make writing difficult.  Our friend went to Lhasa in 2025 and brought this back.  We do not know who it is.  Sorry, can’t help, but the condition is excellent.  Grade: 1
