This ancient, unused B&W card takes more explaining than it’s worth.  Real name:  Casa de Estudilloo, an adobe structure dating back to 1827 and one of the oldest surviving examples of Spanish architecture in California–now well renovated.  Consider this card to be the “before” view.  Grade: 2
