We do not know when this card was actually printed, but you cannot find more domestic Chinese than this.  Issued by the (state) Stamp Company of Zhejiang, and mailed with a large red rubber bilingual “Surface” chop with stamp and two clear postmarks in 2013.  Grade: 1
