We believe the card itself is newer than the picture, but not by that much, as it was mailed in 1970 (somewhat indistinct postmark) with a 6-cent Roosevelt stamp. Only a person from Iowa could write such a clever message. Minor postal battering on lower right corner.  Grade: 2
