Although the writer identified the scene as being of Majuro in the Marshall Islands, the printing in the caption does not say so — though a note in the postage area does.  There’s an uncancelled 20-cent US stamp, and that white dot you see on the right side at the horizon is an abrasion on the card.  Grade: 5
