Tišnov is a town in the Brno-Country District of the South Moravian Region, 22 km northwest of Brno, near the confluence of the Svratka and Loučky rivers. In 2010 there were 8,704 inhabitants.  Wikipedia tells us this, and we understand we’ve not written abut the facility, but the search engines will tell you that, too.  So does the 2001 card’s caption, but all in Czech.  Mailed in 2013 with a very large stamp, blue Prioritaire label, and full postmark.  Grade: 1
