People who lived there have so many fond memories of Ipoh. Two cards are available. One, mailed in 1990, has a crumpled commemorative and illegible postmark, with some smudging on front (Grade: 3, $5) while the other, mailed in 1991, has normal Perak stamp and full postmark, and also smudges on front (Grade: 3, $5).
