… at least our limited knowledge of the Czech language suggests that the photo on this unused card is the administration building of a chemical plant — an unlikely subject for a Top 10 postcard but here it is nonetheless.  Usti nad Ladem now may not be a large city (about 100,000) is a major industrial centre and, besides being an active river port, is an important railway junction.  Not sure if the chemical plant is still there, though.  Grade: 1
