Several of these unused 5″ x 7″ cards 070 from the Tourists Cards series are available.  However this is not the view you get if you go to “The Peak,” and by the way, much of the water to the left of the tall building in the photo (IFC2) is now gone.  One other card, mailed from Hong Kong in 2010 with six stamps, two postmarks, and airmail sticker, is also here.  The unused cards: Grades: 1, $4.  The used card:  Grade: 2, $9.  (All those stamps.)
