A highly distinctive postcard, produced in Romania (not Ukraine) with pre-printed official Romanian postal imprint, and mailed in late 2024 bearing a large Bucharest postmark.  It commemorates 1000 days of the war in Ukraine and we can only imagine what the QR Code would reveal if we scanned it.  Grade: 1
